3. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Refund Policy

At ORBITLEADS LLC, we strive for complete client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our social media design services.

2. Deposit Refunds

Before Work Begins:

• Full refund available if requested before any design work has started
• Request must be made within 48 hours of payment

After Work Begins:

• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced
• This compensates for time, resources, and opportunity cost

3. Project Cancellation

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

• If cancelled mid-project, client pays for work completed to date
• Deposit is retained; additional charges based on percentage of completion
• Completed work up to cancellation point will be delivered

ORBITLEADS-Initiated Cancellation:

• Full refund of all payments if we cannot complete the project
• Partial work may be provided at no additional cost

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer revisions as specified in your project agreement to ensure satisfaction. However:

• Refunds are not provided due to subjective design preferences after approval
• Changes in project scope or requirements do not qualify for refunds
• We work collaboratively to address concerns during the revision process

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed and delivered projects
• Client failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
• Changes in client's business direction or needs
• Third-party costs (stock photos, fonts, etc.) purchased for your project
• Projects where final files have been delivered and payment received
